The person must be an adult, you must have permission to edit the photo, and the requested result must remain non-explicit. If any one of these is not true, do not upload the image.
Where this policy applies
This Content Policy applies to all photos, prompts, style selections, generated outputs, downloads and other material submitted to or created with AI Bikini Generator. It also applies to how outputs are published, shared, sold or otherwise used.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Examples are illustrative and do not limit the broader rules. You are responsible for following applicable law in addition to this policy.
What the Service is for
You may use the Service for lawful, respectful and non-explicit purposes involving adults who have consented to the edit, such as:
Personal style exploration
Previewing ordinary bikini or swimsuit directions on your own eligible photo.
Authorized creative work
Creating styling concepts for an adult model or client who has approved the edit.
Non-explicit campaigns
Producing tasteful swimwear concepts when all people and image rights are cleared.
Fictional adult subjects
Using a clearly fictional adult image that does not imitate a real person without consent.
Content that is allowed in one context may be prohibited in another if it is deceptive, harassing, exploitative or violates another person’s rights.
Rules for source photos
You may upload a source photo only when all of the following are true:
- every depicted person is clearly an adult aged 18 or older;
- you own the photo or have permission from the rightsholder to upload and edit it;
- every identifiable person has explicitly agreed to the requested swimwear transformation;
- the source is not nude, explicit, private or intimate material;
- the image was not obtained through hacking, covert capture, coercion, theft or another privacy violation; and
- the intended use will not deceive, exploit, shame or harm anyone.
Apparent age is not enough. You must know that every person is an adult and that the required permission exists.
No content involving minors
Do not upload, generate, edit, request or share content depicting a person under 18. This prohibition applies even if the person is fully clothed, the intended result is non-explicit, the image is of you as a minor, or the content is fictional but appears to depict a minor.
We may immediately block the request, suspend the account, preserve relevant records and report apparent child sexual exploitation material or related conduct to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
No nudity, explicit sexual content or “undressing”
The following are prohibited:
Nudity or explicit content
Visible genitals, uncovered breasts, explicit sexual activity, fetish content or pornographic presentation.
Clothing removal
Requests to remove clothing, reveal what is under clothing or simulate an “undressed” version of a person.
Intimate imagery
Editing or distributing nude, sexual or private images, including content originally shared in confidence.
Sexual exploitation
Content involving coercion, trafficking, assault, incest, bestiality, exploitation or sexual violence.
Ordinary swimwear may still be disallowed when the pose, framing, prompt, context or intended use makes the content sexually explicit or exploitative.
No non-consensual or deceptive sexualization
You may not create or use a swimwear transformation of a real person without their explicit permission. Prohibited conduct includes:
- sexualizing a private person, creator, celebrity, public figure, former partner, colleague, classmate or family member without consent;
- creating deceptive deepfakes, impersonation or false endorsements;
- presenting an AI-generated edit as an authentic photograph in a way likely to mislead or harm;
- using content for revenge, humiliation, gossip, blackmail, extortion or reputational harm; and
- removing labels, context or provenance information for the purpose of deception.
Permission to possess, view or post a photo is not automatically permission to transform it. Consent must cover the requested edit and intended use and must be freely given by an adult with capacity to consent.
No harassment, abuse or harmful targeting
Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, shame or exploit another person. Content intended to encourage self-harm, eating disorders, sexual violence or targeted abuse is prohibited. You may not use outputs to facilitate doxxing, coercive control, employment abuse, school bullying or other harmful conduct.
No illegal or infringing content
You may not use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that:
- violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, data-protection or other rights;
- supports fraud, scams, identity theft, falsified evidence or unlawful discrimination;
- promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sexual services involving exploitation, or other illegal activity;
- contains malware, hidden tracking code or attempts to obtain unauthorized data; or
- is otherwise unlawful in the place where you create, receive or use it.
No bypassing safety systems
You may not evade or attempt to evade filters, age safeguards, usage limits or enforcement. This includes prompt obfuscation, repeated variations of a blocked request, account cycling, automation intended to overwhelm safeguards, reverse engineering for circumvention, or directing another person to submit prohibited content.
Security research involving the Service requires prior written authorization. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to our support address without accessing or retaining other users’ information.
How we respond to violations
We may use automated systems and human review to enforce this policy. Depending on severity, context and history, we may:
- block a prompt, upload or output;
- remove content or disable access to a generation;
- limit features or require additional verification;
- warn, suspend or terminate an account;
- decline to restore credits used in or reserved for a prohibited attempt;
- preserve records needed to investigate abuse or comply with law; or
- report conduct to a rights holder, payment provider, platform or authority where required or permitted by law.
We may act immediately and without prior notice where content creates a credible safety, legal or security risk. Enforcement does not create a duty to monitor every upload or guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected.
Report harmful content or appeal a decision
If you believe the Service has been used to create content involving you without permission, content depicting a minor, or other prohibited content, email us immediately. Include the relevant URL or generation reference, a description of the concern and enough information for us to locate the content. Do not send illegal or explicit files unless our safety team specifically instructs you how to do so.
If your content or account was restricted and you believe the decision was incorrect, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the account email, decision details and reason for appeal. Repeated or abusive appeals may be closed without further review.
Use “Urgent Safety Report” for concerns involving a minor, coercion or immediate risk of harm.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service, safety practices or law changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you must follow the updated policy.
