Consent and Image Rights

You may upload an image only when:

• You are the person shown in the image; or
• Every identifiable person shown is an adult who has explicitly permitted the edit; and
• You have the legal right to use the image.

A publicly available photograph does not automatically give you permission to edit it.

Do not use screenshots, social-media photographs, dating-profile images, private messages, celebrity photographs, or images obtained from another person’s account unless you have the necessary rights and explicit consent.

Non-Explicit Swimwear Visualization

AI Bikini Generator is intended for ordinary bikini, swimsuit, beachwear, and fashion visualization.

The service is not an undressing tool and must not be used to create or simulate nudity. The following content is not allowed:

A bikini or swimsuit request may still be prohibited when its context, pose, wording, or intended use is sexualized, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful.

Public Figures and Harmful Use

Do not upload or edit images of public figures, celebrities, creators, influencers, or other recognizable people without their explicit permission.

AI Bikini Generator must not be used to create:

• Deceptive or misleading images.
• Sexualized images of another person.
• Humiliating or harassing content.
• Impersonation or identity-based abuse.
• Revenge content or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Images intended for blackmail, threats, fraud, or reputational harm.

The same restrictions apply whether the person is a public figure or a private individual.

Safety Controls

We may review uploads, prompts, generated results, account activity, or reported content when necessary to operate the service and enforce our policies. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Block an image upload.
• Reject a prompt.
• Stop a generation.
• Restrict repeated requests.
• Remove prohibited content.
• Review reported activity.
• Restrict or terminate an account.

Safety controls are not perfect. Content that passes a technical check may still violate our Content Policy.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that their uploads, prompts, and use of generated results comply with our policies and applicable law.

Image Privacy

Uploaded images are processed to provide the generation requested by the user.

User uploads and generated results are private by default unless the user deliberately uses a supported sharing or publication feature. Private user images and result pages must not be:

• Automatically published as public examples.
• Added to public galleries without permission.
• Included in public sitemaps.
• Made available to search engines for indexing.
• Used in promotional material without authorization.

Public Examples

Images displayed on our public Examples or Research pages must:

• Depict adults.
• Have documented permission for public use.
• Be reviewed for policy compliance.
• Be labeled as AI-generated.
• Avoid misleading claims about identity or real-world clothing fit.
• Be removable through our reporting process.

Private user results are not automatically added to public Examples or Research pages.

Reporting Misuse

To report prohibited content, account misuse, an unauthorized image, or another safety concern, email:

Include, where available:

• The relevant page or image URL.
• A description of the concern.
• Your relationship to the person shown.
• Information that may help us identify the content or account.
• Any other information needed to understand the report.

Do not send additional sensitive images, identity documents, passwords, full payment-card numbers, or security codes unless we request information through an appropriate secure process.

Image Review and Removal Requests

A person depicted in generated content may request that we review or remove the content by contacting our support team.

Please provide:

• The URL or location of the content.
• A description of the image.
• Your relationship to the person shown.
• A brief explanation of why the content should be reviewed or removed.

We may request reasonable information to verify identity, authority, or the relationship to the reported content.

We prioritize reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, exploitation, or other urgent safety risks.

Enforcement

Depending on the seriousness and history of a violation, we may:

• Block a prompt or upload.
• Cancel a generation.
• Remove content.
• Return or withhold credits according to the applicable policy.
• Issue a warning.
• Restrict generation features.
• Suspend or terminate an account.
• Preserve relevant records when required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
• Respond to valid legal requests.
• Report apparently illegal material when required by applicable law.

Attempts to bypass safety systems or repeatedly submit prohibited content may result in immediate account restriction.

Safety Limitations

No technical or human review process can identify every possible violation.

The availability of a generated result does not mean that the result is approved, accurate, lawful, or permitted under our policies.

Users must review generated images before downloading, publishing, sharing, or using them. Particular attention should be given to:
